Candidates with acceptable qualifications would meet these following criteria.

• Do you have five or more years teaching experience in reading/language arts in any grade(s) K-6?
• Are you prepared to train teachers and deliver teacher-friendly professional development?
• Do you have a Master's Degree?
• Do you have deep content knowledge of language arts?
• Do you live in California?
• Are you available to conduct trainings for at least 20 days a year?
• Are you willing to attend a three-to-five day training seminar?
